The hotel had a great location, close to the city center and several shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly and spoke good English. The room was clean and spacious, with comfortable furniture, good AC, and a hot shower. The breakfast had a good view and was served by a waiter.

The hotel has a perfect location for those who want to explore the surroundings. It is close to key transportation hubs, and there are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. the staff is friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean and well-furnished.

The hotel could improve on a couple of things. the noise level in some rooms can be a bit high, which might disturb light sleepers.

The hotel is conveniently located near both the railway and bus stations and there are plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants in the vicinity. The staff were friendly and the rooms spacious and comfortable, with excellent toiletries provided. Another plus is the complimentary car park with plenty of space available.

The restaurant was mediocre and the breakfast offering minimal. The smoking issue in the rooftop restaurant and bar was off-putting.

The rooftop restaurant at Green Center Gili was a pleasant surprise. We enjoyed a variety of delicious dishes, including their famous pizza. The atmosphere was lively and diverse, with different people from all walks of life coming together. It was a great place for families and couples on dates. Although the breakfast experience wasn't the best, there were limited options, the food was mediocre, and there was a lack of variety, we found it to be better than the nearby establishments which were unappealing and dirty. Despite some small inconveniences in the rooms, such as the small closet and lack of a kettle, the cleanliness was satisfactory. The hotel provided a safe and clean environment for our two-night stay, which was important to us. The staff at Green Center Gili went above and beyond to assist us and make us feel welcome during our time there. I would recommend this hotel for its food, cleanliness, and friendly staff.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location couldn't have been better - right in the center of everything. The service was top-notch, with attentive staff who went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The free Wi-Fi was a bonus, allowing us to stay connected throughout our stay. We also appreciated the complimentary welcome drink upon arrival. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services, making our stay truly enjoyable.
